Connect Health launches new MSP group visits

We are pleased to announce the launch of the Connect Health Foundation Group Visits on November 21st, 2011 consisting of physician-led groups. Group visits are generally a benefit of the BC Medical Services Plan (MSP) and require no out-of-pocket expenses.
*To be eligible for this program, participants must have a specific medical condition.
We believe group medical visits offer a unique opportunity to spend more time with patients while applying the principles of integrative medicine–mind/body and relaxation, nutrition, and lifestyle–as they pertain to a specific medical condition.
If you would like to participate in our new Foundations Group Medical Visits, please fill out our application form and return it to Connect Health by fax, email, and mail or in person. Once we have received your form, we will provide you with additional information on the next steps. (application form)
