Group medical visits are a fairly new concept and new to Connect Health. We are constantly making changes and truly value feedback. Please use this form to offer suggestions - whether they be about group topics, structure, timing etc. Please also feel free to use this form if you are simply interested in a topic but the time offered doesn't work for you.
